Consider creating a wedding web site, where guest can learn more about the wedding including itineraries, travel tips, dress codes for different events, and local links. (A live feed of the wedding can also be arranged so those that can’t attend can feel a part of the day.
The couple should arrive a few days in advance of the guests to confirm all arrangements and services.
